Delivery

UK delivery available only. Please contact the SenSpa Boutique directly to arrange worldwide delivery boutique@senspa.co.uk

Please allow 3-5 working days for your goods to be delivered. Next day special delivery is available when you order Monday to Thursday before 1pm. Parcels are posted Monday - Friday. 

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

 

Click and Collect

You will be notified via the email provided when your order is ready for collection. Your order will be ready in 48 hours of your order being received. Collection will be from the SenSpa Boutique, Monday – Sunday between 10-6pm. The cut-off time for processing an order is 2pm. 

 

Returns

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt.

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and are pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened, toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken, underwear and swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed and earrings. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
